Free Introductory Call
I am happy to provide a free 15-minute telephone conversation before arranging an Initial Consultation to answer some of the questions you may have.
Initial Consultation
The aim of a first session is so we can understand the issue, and you can experience how therapy might work and ask any questions you might have. The experience of the assessment should give you an idea of how I work, what is expected of you and what you can expect of me.
Therapy Services
Sessions are 50 minutes long and I will see you every week, at the same time and day. Together we will work in deciding the best plan for your therapy, based on your goals and needs.
